Who's it for:
- This drop-in single class pass gives you access to one Summer Kickstart session focused on Spartan DEKA Functional Training Programming.
- This is coached training to help beginners complete their first DEKA event with an affiliate gym. DEKA events include the 10-DEKA Zones, DEKA STRONG (no running), DEKA MILE (1 mile of running), and DEKA FIT (5K running)
- This is perfect for visitors, friends of members, or those wanting to experience fitness classes with FITTHEAVEN
What's included:
- (1) One single time use of any in person DEKA Training class(es) with Certified Spartan Deka Training Coach & Certified Group Fitness Instructor Heaven Colon.
- June 1, June 8, June 15, June 22, June 29, July 6, July 13, July 20, July 27
- Use of any equipment provided by the instructor or facility
- Brief introduction of the class and house keeping rules
- Those on the 9 week challenge pass will receive guided materials, additional coaching and challenges

Important Information:
- Reservations recommended to secure your spot
- Please arrive early if its your first visit
- Workouts will be indoor/outdoor
- Bring sweat towel and own water however there is water on site
- Please note that all passes (single and multi-class passes) are non-refundable.
- Pass will expire a week after purchase.
- If you do not use class pass in the time frame allotted it will not transfer into the next cycle. No exceptions.
- Please note: Special Events or Other Fitness Classes at other locations (i.e. Glow Nights or Fundraising Events, Zumba, MixxedFit, CIRCL Mobility, Stretch, FITT FIERCE, FITT FLEX, etc. not included)

- Please complete the online waiver or via app or email reminder before arriving.

- Instructor may take video, pictures of class or of themselves.
- If you want to take video of instructor or class, first obtain permission & please credit the class/instructor on Social Media:
- Heaven Colon or FITTHEAVEN on Instagram, TikTok, FaceBook, YouTube, etc.
All drop-in single class pass visitors & newcomers will be welcomed into our supportive and friendly community and receive the same quality treatment as all the regular members.
