FITT FLOW, is an intuitive class that focuses on flexibility, breath work, and mobility exercises. Movements include stretching and focused breathing for a full mind and body connection. Class may be performed seated or laying down on a mat. This class is excellent after an aerobic, cardio, strength or dance class as it will help release and reduce stiffness, restore muscle recovery and improve balance and focus.
Please be prepared to:
- Wear comfortable clothing and shoes to move in multiple directions
- Bring a thick yoga mat
- Towel
- Water
THIS CLASS IS APART OF THE FIRST CLASS IN THE HOUR, PLEASE REGISTER FOR FITT FIERCE or FITT FLEX AND THIS CLASS IS AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED. IF YOU ONLY WANT FITT FLOW, YOU WILL BE CHARGED NORMAL CLASS DROP IN RATE.
