FITT Flex is a full body inspired workout that utilizes a Pilates Bar & resistance bands to target different muscles groups throughout the body to help build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance muscular endurance. Class may be performed seated, standing or with a mat lying down.
Please be prepared to:
- Wear comfortable clothing and shoes to move in multiple directions
- Bring a thick yoga mat
- Instructor has limited Pilates Bars for use/ students are encouraged to provide their own
- Instructor provides resistance bands however students can provide their own
- Bring a sweat towel
- Water
