Zumba Toning s a dance-fitness class that combines Latin and international music with easy-to-follow dance moves with weighted maraca style sticks ranging from 1bs to 2.5lbs. It is designed to be fun and inclusive for people of all ages, fitness levels, and dance experience. Expect to hear salsa, merengue, cumbia, and reggaeton and other international rhythms, dance toning moves and a full body workout in 30 minutes.
Instructor will provide for each class:
- Pair of 1lbs Zumba Toning Sticks to each student (while supplies last) must turn in after class is done
- Student may bring own set of Zumba Toning Sticks
- No actual weights are allowed due to the movements
