FITT Fierce is a circuit timed boot camp style training fitness class that utilizes resistance bands, light weights, body weight and cardio exercises to target different muscles groups throughout the body to help build strength, improve cardio output, and enhance muscular endurance. Class will combine exercises to be performed seated, standing or with a mat lying down.
Please be prepared to:
- Wear comfortable clothing and shoes to move in multiple directions
- Bring a thick yoga mat
- Instructor provides resistance bands however students can provide their own
- Fitness Gloves
- Towel
- Water
