This is the perfect class who wants a great blend of all rhythms. Featuring 30 minutes of Zumba® Latin Inspired core rhythms of salsa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton and 30 minutes of MixxedFit® a people inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with body weight toning to Pop, Top 40, Hip Hop, island beats and more!
