Glow Night Cardio Drumming
with Heaven

Get ready to unleash your inner rock star!  

Glow Night: Cardio Drumming combines movement, rhythm and music for a great full body workout. This low- impact Cardio Drumming fitness class can be performed standing or seated, using exercise balls aka your "drum", a pair of drumsticks, and a base to support the exercise ball. Its an upbeat, effective and fun class that will have you rocking to your own beat of your own "drum".   You will be provided all equipment, and extra special glow accessories to make this class even more special. Light refreshments and snacks provided. Please notify instructor if you need seated accommodations.

When: Friday January 24th, Friday February 21st, Friday March 21st, Friday April 18th, and Friday May 16th

Where: Diamondz & Pearlz Event Center 4875 SW 60th Ave Building #200 Ocala, FL  

Time: Doors open at 5:30pm. Cardio Drumming starts at 6pm. 90 minute class. 

Cost: $20.00 per person. Minor Registration is 6-12  Cost is $5, Under 5 FREE, There will be games offered for children not participating.
