MixxedFit® is a people-inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with bodyweight toning. Everything about is explosive - all the moves are big, exaggerated, full out, and fun to get into. Expect to hear your favorite radio and club hits, and be ready to lost in the music.
- We are people-inspired. Our workouts are created and carefully crafted with you, our community in mind. Our instructors are leaders in the community and pride themselves in volunteering, fundraising, and making a difference in our community.
- We play all genres of music. You will hear hits from Top 40, R&B, Hip Hop, Reggae, and everything in between.
- Our moves are repetitive and easy to follow. Focus on the dance work rather than complicated choreo.
- We incorporate body weight toning. You will perform effective body-weight exercises that will tone and sculpt your body.
- Everything we do is EXPLOSIVE. All movements are big, exaggerated, and our best!
