FITT Fuego is a dance fitness style toning class that utilizes resistance bands to target different muscles groups and and combines dynamic cardio fitness moves to help build strength, tone, and increase cardio output. Expect all kinds of pop music mixes to radio hits while you torch calories and have fun.
Please be prepared to:
- Wear comfortable clothing and shoes to move in multiple directions
- Instructor provides resistance bands however students can provide their own
- Towel
- Water
